The sharptail is one of my favorite bird and trout knife designs, seven inches overall , this one is further evolved with a bit more belly to the blade to help with delicate work like cleaning birds or even big jobs like skinning an elk! 
The handles are made of flame kissed bourbon barrels from Montana Whiskey co, and they still faintly smell of bourbon! With Stainless hardware and a Mosaic pin to really make things pop!
The steel is hand finished 80crv carbon steel with a razor sharp edge. Carbon steel is prone to discoloration with misuse, but with proper care with your favorite gun oil or wax it will last several generations of hunters. 
Comes with a kydex pocket sheath.
