The Ruff Shooter is a classy little knife and in my opinion perfect  for cleaning birds, it’s keen edge is just the ticket for delicate and precise work. I didn’t drop the point on this particular knife so it could punch above it’s weight class and work on larger game like field dressing, skinning , or caping deer. 
I find this knife to be the perfect size ( while sheathed) to every day carry in a vest pock or pants pocket.
