This beautiful EDU (EVERY DAY UPLANDER) is designed as a slim, profiled bird and trout knife you can slip into your bird vest pocket and forget about until you need it.

  • This small bird and trout knife’s 3” blade is made of 1084 high carbon steel which has excellent edge retention yet remains easy to sharpen. It has a belt finish to create an exce foundation for patina as it gains character with use. The blade’s spine is tapered to make it a little lighter and has some jimping to help with grip. The handle is Rooseveltelk antler that was naturally shed in Washington State and has black and red liners. To save weight I used black fiberglass pins to secure the antler to the tapered tang. It comes with an antique finished sheath that can be side carried on a belt yet remains slim enough just slip into a pocket.
